This notice explains what information SiteSignal stores when you submit the website problem form and how that information is used.
Information we collect
If you submit a request, we may store your name, email address, company, website URL, selected website problem, optional message, referral source, campaign parameters, browser information, a session identifier, and a one-way hash derived from your IP address.
Why we use it
The information is used to review your request, understand which website problem you selected, improve referral performance, and follow up about the service direction you requested.
Web Fly links
SiteSignal is an independent referral experience. Links to webfly.us take you to an external website. Once you leave SiteSignal, the destination website's own terms and privacy practices apply.
Retention and deletion
Lead records should only be kept for as long as they are useful for legitimate follow-up and reporting. The site owner should define a final retention period before public launch and delete records that are no longer required.
Security
The application uses prepared database queries, session-based CSRF protection for forms, password hashing for admin access, and does not store raw IP addresses in the lead table. HTTPS should be enabled in production.
